Green Eggs and Ham – Green Eggs and Ham

Oh I like them, Sam I am!

Breakfast time blues?  Well then it’s time to get the breakfast time greens!  Here is a recipe so yummy that you will want to eat it with a fox, in a box; with a mouse, in a house; with a goat, on a boat . . .

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon milk
  • 1 drop blue food coloring
  • 1 tablespoon ham, diced small

Directions:

  1. Crack egg into a small bowl.2
  2. Add milk and blue food coloring.3
  3. Whisk together.
  4. Add diced ham.5
  5. Pour into preheated and greased skillet.6
  6. Stir a couple times while cooking until water begins to separate from eggs (this is moisture from the milk).7
  7. Serve immediately with hot toast and jelly and juice.
